Project Overview:
This project is the procurement and installation project of decentralized sewage treatment equipment in Xiaqi Road of Fuzhou High-tech Zone. The treatment capacity of this facility is 1000 tons per day. After treatment, the effluent is directly discharged into the river. After being treated by our company's KtLM high-efficiency sewage treatment system, the main indicators of the water quality can be stably achieved according to the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002) of Grade A Level 1.
Process Flow Description:
The sewage is first lifted into the pre-treatment facility by the pumping station's lifting pump, reducing the concentration of suspended solids and some pollutants in the sewage. Then it enters the regulating tank. Through the regulating tank's lifting pump, it enters our company's KtLM high-efficiency sewage treatment system. The sewage passes through the anoxic zone, aerobic zone, and sedimentation zone in the KtLM high-efficiency sewage treatment system to remove various pollutants and meet the discharge requirements. The treated sewage then immediately enters the KtCQ water body purification system to further remove SS and total phosphorus in the water body, ensuring the effluent meets the standards and guarantees the effluent effect.
The treated tail water enters the ultraviolet disinfection channel, where it is disinfected by ultraviolet lamp tubes. After ensuring the safety of the effluent, it enters the standard discharge outlet and is discharged into the receiving water body in compliance with the standards. The standard discharge outlet is equipped with flow and water quality online monitoring equipment to monitor the effluent in real time, ensuring that the discharge is in compliance with the standards.
